Anonymous Working well for me so far - take this everyday with my breakfast
I have only been using for a month but I enjoy using it in my smoothies, it bulks them up a bit and helps to keep me full.

Lower Lipid Cholesterol blend and Vital Heart Protein. Being a vegetarian of 42 years protein important. I have not had the blood tests taken yet, but looking forward to brilliant results of lowering levels.
I had a blood test six months ago and was advised to commence taking statins due to a family history of heart disease. Since then, instead of using statins, I’ve taken the recommended amount of both the Cholesterol Lowering Blend and the Vital Heart Protein in the form of a banana smoothie/milkshake every night for six months. Total cholesterol reduced from 5.6 to 3.8 mmol/L. LDL reduced from 3.67 to 2.1 mmol/L, and triglycerides reduced from 0.6 to 0.4 mmol/L. I no longer fit the criteria for statin prescription, regardless of my high risk family history. I also gave up fast food, chocolate, chips, soft drink, and alcohol. I strongly suspect that the Lower Lipid supplements, and the hints and advice provided by way of email, have significantly contributed to the improvement in my lipid levels. I started taking lower lipid after i received my blood results . Everything was high manly down to my poor diet . I decided to change everything from diet to exercise to taking lower lipid & stop drinking any alcohol . I added one scoop to my breakfast which was 2 weet bix ( lower cholesterol ) & a little home produced honey . I lifted weights 5 times a week & felt great .
After 3 mths I had my bloods taken and couldn’t believe the results . Every thing came back lower & improved this was just after three mths ! I’m so happy I’m carrying on with my routine, I’m fitter , healthier, & lighter I dropped 5 kgs on the way . Thank you lower lipid for helping me on my way ❤️
I’m 2 weeks in on Lower Lipid and really enjoying it as a snack in the afternoon.
I have a scoop with coconut yoghurt in a cup and it’s so yum.
I’m looking forward after 3/4 months to get my cholesterol checked to see if there is any improvement 😊
