Our product will ship through Australia post between 3-5 working days dependant on which area you live in across Australia. We will contact you if there is any delay in shipping your order.
How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped with full order tracking and require a signature on delivery. There are no exceptions to this.
You’ll be sent an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can check its whereabouts at ALL times.
* Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it and do not take responsibility for it, so please check your address carefully!
When I should expect my delivery if I am located in Australia?
This depends on the shipping service you choose, as well as your location.
We have 2 options you can choose from. Here are all the details you need to make the right decision for you:
#1: Regular shipping
Takes 3-5 business days for your package on average to arrive, depending on your location.
Deliveries to Melbourne and Sydney are generally 2-3 business days. If you live in Western Australia or Nothern Territory, this may take up to 9 days max.

#2: Express shipping
Takes 1-3 business days on average for your package to arrive, depending on your location.
Deliveries to Melbourne and Sydney are generally 1-2 business days. If you live in Western Australia or Nothern Territory, this may take up to 7 days max.

What is a pre-order?
- Sometimes we can completely sell out before our next round of stock reaches our fulfilment centre. If this happens, we will put products up for pre-order before they've arrived. We know what date our stock is due to arrive and will let you know when your order is shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?
- Oops, item(s) not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and quote your order number at the following email address admin@lowerlipid.com.au and we can change this over for you.
