Start with one product and establish how it feels before adding the second.

2

Use them at different times

For example, have the Cholesterol Lowering Blend with breakfast and Vital Heart Protein later in the day.

3

Drink enough water

Hydration matters whenever you increase your fibre intake.

Listen to your body. Reduce the amount or stop if you experience persistent digestive discomfort. Speak with a healthcare professional if needed.

These are common questions when deciding how the products fit into your routine.

Does the Cholesterol Lowering Blend lower good cholesterol too?

The product’s cholesterol claim relates to blood cholesterol as described in the serving statement above. Ask your healthcare professional to interpret your full blood-test results, including LDL, HDL and triglycerides.

Does it contain sunflower oil or seed oils?

No added sunflower oil or other added seed oils are used. The plant sterols are derived from sunflower seeds, then purified and concentrated to isolate the sterol compounds. Plant sterols are chemically different from the triglyceride fats that make up seed oils.

Could I just eat more oats instead?

Oats can remain part of a heart-conscious diet. The Cholesterol Lowering Blend combines Australian oat bran with plant sterols and psyllium husk in one measured serve.

Can I cook or microwave the Cholesterol Lowering Blend?

We recommend adding it after cooking rather than heating it for an extended period. Cook your porridge first, remove it from the heat, then stir in one scoop.

Do I need a plant sterol spread as well?

One full serve of the Cholesterol Lowering Blend already provides 2g of plant sterols. You do not need to deliberately add another sterol product simply to increase the amount; more is not automatically better.

Can I take it with medication?

We cannot assess individual medication suitability. If you take prescription medication or manage a medical condition, ask your pharmacist or treating doctor whether the product is appropriate for you and how to time it. Do not stop or change prescribed medication because of a supplement. You can take it with statin medication - just ensure you space it out approximately 1 hour after taking your medication.

Should I start with half a scoop?

If you are not used to much fibre, you can start with half a scoop for several days, drink enough water and increase towards the full serve as tolerated. The full serve is what provides the stated 2g of plant sterols.

Can food clean cholesterol out of arteries?

Food does not literally scrub or flush plaque from arteries. A heart-conscious diet can support health over time. The Cholesterol Lowering Blend is intended to support blood cholesterol as part of the diet described in its serving statement; it does not claim to remove existing plaque.

Do I need to keep taking it?

The ingredients support cholesterol levels while they are consumed consistently. Continue monitoring your cholesterol with your healthcare professional and do not change prescribed medication based only on a supplement result.

The simplest next step

Choose the product that matches your main goal—and use it consistently.

You do not need a complicated routine or every product at once. Start with the clearest fit for your needs.
