Easy to include in smoothies, cereals or shakes. Tastes good. Hopefully see a difference in cholesterol in a few months.
I've just received my repeat cholesterol report. My Gp can't believe the results & I'm totally extatic.
Cholesterol levels down from 7.98 to 5.27
Triglyceride 3.27 now 1.99
HDL 0.94 now up 1.04.
Cholesterol/HDL Ratio dropped from 7. 4 to 5.1
LDL 4.5 now 3.3
Non HDLC 6.04 now 4.23

I love this product. It does what it claims, lowering cholesterol.
I have been taking lower lid for three mths and have brought my numbers down I still have a little to go but I know I can rely on lower lipid to hit my correct numbers.
I do have a gripe tho,delivery is ridiculous it has taken just over two weeks for me to get my order….. Iam in Perth it really shouldn’t take that long.

We have had some delays with our inventory and manufacturing has been slower than usual. Delivery to Perth should definitely not take 2 weeks, this was due to the product not being in stock, my apologies for this. Standard delivery to Perth is 3-5 working days
