I have bought three months' worth of LowerLipid and have set myself a three month challenge after a high cholesterol reading, with a blood test review at the end of the three months. I have just finished my first month of using LowerLipid and this is a fabulous product as it delivers a high amount of plant sterols you can't seem to get other than using supplements! I mix it in with my overnight oats and it's a delicious breakfast I look forward to each day. Included in my challenge is limiting alcohol to only two drinks a week and I have lost 4kg in four weeks. I will continue this regime until my blood review in October and let you know what the result is.
I’ve just finished my first bag of lower lipid. It’s too early for results as I am only 30 days in but I can say l really look forward to my breakfast which is simply Greek yoghurt, a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a scoop of Lowe lipid. It’s really a great combination and tastes great.
I bought for my husband who has high cholesterol and his doctor wanted him to take medication to lower. He took daily for 3 months and then went and got bloods done again. After taking lower lipids for more than 6 months and off statin, latest blood test went to borderline whereas previously was lower. Delivery is good though and customer service is ok but the price is a bit high especially considering it didn't work for me😔. Hopefully it will work for others!
