I've only recently started using Lower Lipid, but I'm already really enjoying it. I mix it into my yoghurt every morning, and it's become something I genuinely look forward to as part of my breakfast.
It adds a bit more substance to my morning snack, which keeps me feeling satisfied right through until lunchtime. Since I started taking it, I've noticed I feel a lot lighter, and my gut feels less sluggish and much healthier overall.
I'm especially looking forward to my next round of blood tests because my last results showed high cholesterol. While it's still early days, I'm hopeful that adding Lower Lipid to my daily routine, along with some other healthy lifestyle changes, will have a positive impact. So far, I'm very happy with it and plan to keep using it.

A wonderful product. I have been taking Lower Lipid for 5 months and my total Cholesterol in December 2025 was 5.6. LDL 3.3. In June 2026 total cholesterol was 4.6. LDL 2.4 so I am thrilled with the results.
